Pay Rate : $20-$25 per hour based on experience and competence; the offer will be based on interview results.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm

What’s a typical day as a Sales Coordinator? You’ll be :

• Checking inventory to ensure the requested product is available
• Responding to RFQs with a quote or update within 24 hours
• Following up on sent quotes within 4 hours
• Handling customer complaints, issues, and inquiries about order status Preparing work orders or job tickets in E2 software
• Working to ensure orders arrive on-time
• Notifying the appropriate department of the order, ship date, and other requirements
• Reviewing all orders for accuracy and completion
• Verifying customer information is correct and current before processing orders Filing copies of all orders received and completed
• Following up within 2 hours of quote approval with the New Customer Packet and instructions for new customers

This job might be an outstanding fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma (college coursework in business is preferred) Possess excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Are proficient in using E2 software or similar systems
